Fleet Solutions Manager

This is an exciting role that has been newly created to help support clients growing business and new products across their IT / Fleet management Systems team. Our client is the largest in its industry across Australia and a well-known brand.

The role is for a Fleet Solutions Manager to come on board and be responsible for leading the IT Fleet Solutions function, including Fleet technology strategy, planning and design, execution of change and operational/technology support in accordance with the agreed support model and internal and external stakeholders.

The role will operate as a direct report to the Head of IT and form part of the IT leadership team to drive enterprise outcomes beyond specific Fleet Solutions accountabilities.

Critical Experience:

  • Leadership of relatable operationally focused functions from a business and technology perspective
  • Previous experience as a Senior Manager leading Applications teams for large, multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed companies
  • Experience in leading improvement programs within complex operational and safety focused organisations
  • Proven ability to plan and execute continuous improvement activity and lead service management and support functions
  • Tertiary qualified in Information Technology preferred. Logistics, Engineering or similar also appropriate
  • Knowledge of HS&E standards and practices
  • Signedificant experience and highly developed leadership, team building, motivational, interpersonal and communicative skills
