Contract Support Specialist Opportunity

We have an exciting full-time opening for a Contract Support Specialist.

This role offers variety, challenge, and opportunities to develop and grow in a dynamic team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the State Manager with contract development, negotiation, and management ensuring delivery of agreed services on sites.
  • Address stakeholder contract queries and proactively resolve issues.
  • Ensure contract files and compliance-related documentation is completed in accordance with guidelines.
  • Manage the work order system for Cirka, ensuring all work requests are reviewed, assigned to the Cirka team, and/or contractors, and notes are completed before the request is closed.
  • Support the State Manager with monthly and client reporting, accessing PowerBI reports, and completing first-level analysis.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of contracts and documentation with managers and ensure any action items are completed and closed out.
  • Complete planned and reactive invoicing and reporting each month.
  • Lead contract administration meetings, internal and external, for the Queensland team, including calendar invites, minute-taking, and distribution of minutes and actions to attendees.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualifications in project management, business, or other related fields.
  • Demonstrable experience over 2 years working in contract support and administration.
  • Able to establish work priorities and commitments to meet competing position and organisational requirements.
  • An effective team player with the ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment and support others to achieve individual and business targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships, work with people at all levels, internally and externally to the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with online document management and auditing systems.
