This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team in the horticulture industry. As an assistant to the Blueberry Grower, you will be responsible for workload management, training and development of team members, operating ATV and spray units, making fertiliser mixes, and undertaking leadership and on-the-job training.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be motivated and take initiative in their work, possess planning and organisational skills to manage tasks and deadlines, and demonstrate safety awareness and adherence to protocols.

This role offers a chance for growth and development, working with our experienced team to achieve quality and key performance indicators in blueberry production.

About This Opportunity:

  • Work closely with the Blueberry Grower to supervise and delegate workloads
  • Train and develop team members to complete crop work tasks
