About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Minlaton. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing
  • Guide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
  • Work within the scope of your role, maintaining accountability for delegated care
  • Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health and functional status
  • Contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Nursing and current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff
