Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team performance. As a key member of the support team, you will be expected to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong written and verbal communication skills. They will also possess the ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Manage the Helpdesk and Triage teams to deliver administration and interface between the Service centre and customers.
  • Document and report on productivity and efficiency metrics for all customer and internal interactions.
  • Maintain the customer service interface and client relationships by providing professional telephone assistance.
  • Record and escalate customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
