Job Title: Client Care Representative

 

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team in Cairns, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome our clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients.
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
  • Efficently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking a range of payments.
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in face to face customer service and/or administration role.
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • Great communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
