We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our First Nations Engagement team.

The Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop research and analysis to support policy development and strategy implementation.
  • Provide high-quality written contributions to reports, briefings, legislation, presentations, speeches, publications, and correspondence.
  • Offer timely advice on strategic policy and regulatory issues and identify ways to optimize outcomes.
  • Manage the implementation of communication strategies by preparing aids.
  • Drive partnership development to achieve policy objectives and deliver government commitments.
  • Lead and mentor staff to ensure necessary skills and motivation exist to respond to service delivery requirements.
