About the Role

We are inviting applications for roles in Home Claims as On-Road Home Claims Assessors, Desktop Home Claims Assessors, and Building Coordinators. The purpose of this information is for future opportunities that may become available.

Candidates with recent experience in the Home Claims industry or a background in residential building, restoration, or construction trades are preferred. You will be contacted when an appropriate recruitment opening arises.

Please note we will only reach out to candidates who have recent Home Claims experience or a background in residential building, restoration or construction trades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Road Home Claims Assessor: Visiting customer properties (in person and virtually) to assess damage and guide them through the claims process. Problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Desktop Home Claims Assessor: Assessing claims from home or a local office using virtual tools to review documentation, communicate with customers, and coordinate repairs.
  • Building Coordinator: Reviewing technical reports, providing expert advice, and coordinating at a claim level with Supply Chain to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
