We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Program Coordinator to join our team at PCYC Napranum. About the Role

This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 12 months. The successful candidate will have qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or at least 3 years' experience in program development, delivery, and evaluation. They will also have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships within indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sporting and recreational activities, budgets, and programming
  • Work collaboratively with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Develop and deliver programs and services sensitive to the culture
  • Supervise relevant staff
