We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Club Operations Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support to our PCYC Napranum Youth Club. This role will work closely with the Youth Club Program Manager to coordinate various services delivered at the social clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative and operational support to the Youth Club Program Manager
  • Provide effective time management skills and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Supervise staff and programs as required
  • Assist with financial tasks, including the use of MYOB or other computerised accounting packages
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar senior administration role
  • Intermediate competency in completing financial tasks
  • Demonstrated experience with supervision and time management
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
