About this Role

We are seeking a Technology Audit Lead to join our team. As the Technology Audit Lead, you will be responsible for leading technology-related audits and ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.

This role requires strong project management skills, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology audit function, from planning to closure, ensuring compliance with regulations and frameworks such as APRA CPS 230/234, NIST, and ISO27001.
  • Drive compliance and governance projects, supporting the Control Assurance Program and ensuring the organization stays ahead of its obligations.
  • Engage stakeholders, including auditors, risk teams, and technical leads, to translate complex requirements into practical actions and drive collaboration across teams.
  • Manage technology and cyber risk, identifying risks, managing remediation plans, and continuously improving cyber governance.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in technology risk, audit, or compliance roles, ideally in financial services.
  • Regulatory knowledge, particularly in relation to CPS 234 and CPS 230.
  • Strong project management experience, preferably with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
  • Deep knowledge of cyber security governance, risk, third-party risk management, and IT controls.
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
