Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer with at least 2 years post-admission experience to join our Government and Administrative Law team in Newcastle on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • MERITS REVIEW WORK, primarily focusing on NDIS access and planning matters under the NDIA, including appearances in the Administrative Reviews Tribunal (ART).
Requirements
  • Qualified Lawyer or Associate with ≥2 years PQE, preferably with experience in NDIS, statutory schemes, or tribunal advocacy.
  • Interest in government, administrative, and regulatory law.
  • Skills in litigation, negotiation, and client communication.
