Retirement Living Community Manager

Join a leading not-for-profit aged care provider to deliver exceptional care and support to older South Australians.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retirement Living Community Manager to join our team in the western suburbs.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, enriching environment in a supportive community where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest.

  • Lead day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of human and material resources.
  • Oversee the provision of excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and addressing resident needs efficiently.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
  • Strong time management skills.
