Tax Consultant

At BDO, we're seeking a skilled Transfer Pricing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to multinational entities, both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transfer pricing planning structures to optimize client outcomes
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation for various intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement transfer pricing policies that align with their business objectives
- Negotiate Advanced Pricing Arrangements and resolve disputes with tax authorities
- Liaise with local and international clients across diverse industries, providing expert guidance on transfer pricing matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Transfer Pricing, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
- Relevant tertiary qualification and CA/CPA certification (or in progress)
- Knowledge of recent BEPS developments and ability to apply this expertise in a practical context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
