Spirituality Development Coordinator

This role is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment that nurtures the faith and spirituality of students, families, and staff. As a key member of our team, you will develop curriculum and resources to deepen knowledge and understanding of Catholic traditions.
The successful candidate will possess a four-year teaching qualification, eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching registration, and a strong background in theology or spirituality. Additionally, they will have experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to promoting social justice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop curriculum and resources to enhance students' knowledge of Catholic traditions
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff to deepen their understanding of Catholic traditions
- Foster partnerships with community organizations to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding
