Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Leader to join our team as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to lead the FP&A function and play a key part in preparing the company for its IPO journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Head of FP&A: End-to-end ownership of the FP&A function, driving strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and analysis.
  • IPO Readiness: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prepare the company for a successful listing, ensuring seamless integration with global markets.
  • Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, partnering with the CFO to drive finance transformation across the organization.
  • Business Intelligence & Automation: Establish a center of excellence for business insights, dashboards, and process improvement, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Influencing ELT: Work closely with executive leadership and key business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Must-Have Attributes

  • Established credentials in IPO readiness, with a proven track record of success.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A leadership roles, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • A performance-driven culture, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Servant leadership style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
