Enterprise Risk Leadership Role

This pivotal position plays a crucial role in shaping the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework. As part of this team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing global risk frameworks and processes that integrate strategic, financial, and operational domains.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, embedding, and evolving global ERM frameworks to address emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop strategies that align risk management with business objectives.
  • Leading scenario analysis, stress testing, and monitoring emerging risks to inform decision-making.
  • Fostering consistency and maturity across diverse regional operations through effective risk governance.
  • Cultivating a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making by coaching leaders and teams.
About You
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management, particularly in global, decentralized industries such as mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and construction.
  • A track record of leading risk frameworks that span multiple domains and have driven business growth.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including scenario modeling and investment risk analysis, with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Able to influence at executive and board levels through effective communication and strategic partnerships.
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications that underpin your risk management expertise.
