As a key figure in our regulatory framework, the Compliance Inspector plays a pivotal role in maintaining order and upholding regulations across various sectors.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead compliance activities, engaging with stakeholders and enforcing regulations in accordance with established frameworks.

Key tasks include exercising powers to conduct thorough inspections and investigations, both individually and as part of a team. It may be necessary to work overtime outside of normal working hours as required.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A current full driver's licence
  • A Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or relevant experience in a regulatory environment would be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Prior to commencing, a current registration under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 may be required

The Merit pool established from this selection process may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
