Senior Beauty Consultant

The role of Casual Beauty Advisor is to provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times, supporting the store management team in driving sales and profit.
Your responsibilities include taking the time to learn customers' needs, recommending products that meet their requirements, and upholding the values and vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities- To support the store management team in achieving sales and profit targets
- To deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- To be knowledgeable about products and services offered by the company
- Previous retail experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry, with confidence in reaching sales targets
- Ability to work as part of a team, being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
