About Us

We're seeking a skilled Beauty Expert to join our team in Belconnen. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll play a vital role in driving growth through personalized consultations, tailored customer experiences, and engaging in-store events.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, providing skincare consultations, and showcasing our luxurious beauty products. You'll work closely with the Boutique Manager and team to elevate our skincare range and increase the boutique's performance.

This is a casual position requiring flexible availability, including working on weekends.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years retail experience, preferably in skincare or fragrance.
  • A team player, professional, and results-driven individual.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Practical ability to conduct skincare demonstrations and consultations (comfortable touching a client's skin).
