Senior Employment Counsel Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Counsel to join our growing legal team. As a key member of our People function, you will provide strategic employment advice across APAC, EMEA and beyond.

This role requires someone with both in-house and law firm experience, ideally with a track record of working across multiple jurisdictions in complex, fast-scaling environments. You will advise on the full range of employment issues, including hiring, performance management, terminations, compensation, investigations and employee relations.

You will partner with our People team and business leaders to support compliant, scalable employee lifecycle practices. This includes conducting and overseeing internal workplace investigations, collaborating on and leading employment-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.

Additionally, you will develop and scale employment processes through policies, training, templates and tooling. You will monitor legal and regulatory developments across jurisdictions and assess their business impact.
