Assistant Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our store is a great place to shop for customers, providing super-friendly service and maintaining a clean and customer-friendly environment.

  • Open and close the store in a timely manner
  • Supervise the store team and lead by example
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Manage merchandise ordering and receipt
  • Set up visually appealing windows and in-store displays
  • Process product returns and complete other tasks as needed

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the store team in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling associates
  • Completing daily reports and submitting them to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in retail (2-3 years)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
