Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work culture within the store.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail setting, and proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs. Strong time management and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
  • Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing of the store.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes to drive sales and engagement.
  • Create a safe working environment for team members and customers.

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
