Australian Payroll Professional Lead

As a Payroll Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides world-class payroll and timekeeping services to over 4,000 employees across multiple payrolls in Australia.
The role is critical to the success of our organisation, requiring leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
You will be accountable for developing a high-performing team, supervising local payroll talent, and ensuring Boeing values and behaviors are modeled.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding business partners on complex payroll situations to achieve desired business outcomes while remaining compliant with local laws and regulations.
- Driving first-time quality in leading payroll execution by managing program metrics.
- Helping define and track KPIs and ensuring performance within targeted measures.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other organisations to address and support cross-organisational payroll processes.
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent understanding of payroll best practices and in-depth knowledge of Australian payroll requirements, including tax regulations.
In addition, you should have prior experience with payroll & timekeeping platforms and vendor relationships.
