**Payroll Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to oversee Australian payroll operations, encompassing superannuation, utilizing ADP managed services and Payforce. This position necessitates an in-depth understanding of Australian payroll, taxation, and superannuation requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the entire payroll function for Australian employees.
  • System maintenance, including ensuring data quality.
  • Perform efficient payroll processing and resolve payroll issues.
  • Manage EOFY payroll processes.
  • Evaluate governance and audit compliance.
  • Produce internal reporting requirements.
  • Comply with statutory legislative requirements.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide customer service to internal customers.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in Australian payroll processing.
  • Corporate environment experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to interpret Awards, PAYG, payroll tax, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
