Job Title

We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to drive financial excellence and strategic growth.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior finance executive to lead our organisation's financial direction, foster a culture of financial literacy, and leverage technology to improve data capture and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our strategic plan and provide expert financial guidance to the CEO and Board;
  • Elevate financial awareness across the organisation through training and education;
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance data analysis and streamline processes;
  • Lead and manage a dedicated finance team, providing guidance and development opportunities;
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A CA/CPA qualification or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and driving financial transformation;
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Ability to model complex financial scenarios and identify areas for improvement;
  • Frequent travel is expected, with flexibility to be based in Mildura, Adelaide, or Melbourne.
