We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments and is hungry to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features and systems using React, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to scope, prioritise and deliver product features.
  • Develop and support AI capabilities in the platform including RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Contribute to and influence the ongoing design and architecture of our core platforms and services.
  • Share and learn best practices, patterns, and new technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience building the frontend and backend of web products using technologies like React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL.
  • Able to make pragmatic decisions in the context of an early-stage startup that needs to prioritise delivery, experimentation, and adaptability over perfection.
  • Understanding of how to write testable, maintainable code and automate tests wherever possible leading to stable code with minimal bugs.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Lean and MVP product practices is a plus.
