Civil Engineering Expertise Sought

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the civil engineering aspects of wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS) developments across multiple utility-scale projects.

About the Role:
  • This is a mid-senior level full-time position requiring occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent with RPEQ status, along with 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or geotechnical roles related to major renewable and infrastructure developments, including wind development experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development phases of wind and BESS projects, including land development, project feasibility, and design input.
  • Oversee consultant engineers and EPC activities from design through to construction.
  • Support the long-term reliability and effectiveness of existing renewable developments.
Requirements:
  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent with RPEQ status.
  • 10-15 years of civil engineering or geotechnical experience related to major renewable and infrastructure developments, with wind development experience essential.
  • Client-side or consulting experience preferred; major EPC experience also considered.
