Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist - Lead Care Innovation in Aged Health:
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our care innovation efforts in aged health. As a senior clinical professional, you will play a key role in supporting older patients within residential aged care facilities, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital transfers.
">About the Role:
">You will work closely with Geriatricians, Nursing staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care for individuals experiencing memory loss and Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD). Your responsibilities will include developing and actioning management plans to enhance patient well-being, supporting integration of care across sites, and providing complex clinical and consultancy services.
">Your Expertise and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you must hold a recognised qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association. A higher qualification in a relevant area such as health service and/or professional specialisation/clinical education will be highly regarded.
