Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Dual Tradesperson to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, fault finding, repairing and commissioning electrical systems across various regions of the state. They will also be expected to work independently but contribute to a positive team environment and safety culture.

This is a permanent opportunity that offers real flexibility with options to work from home, 9-day fortnight and flexible work hours. The role also comes with a range of benefits, including two well-being days per year, access to long service leave pro rata after three years of service and a generous superannuation scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of new electrical switchboards, PLCs, communication systems, soft starters, VSDs, motors, cabling and associated electrical components.
  • Undertaking isolations and shutdowns on electrical plant and equipment.
  • Carrying out tasks on electrical, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and communication systems.
  • Executing advanced fault finding on electrical, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and communication systems.
  • Complex problem solving of water and wastewater systems.
Requirements
  • Electrical Trade Certificate.
  • Instrumentation Certificate IV.
  • Construction background or experience is desirable but not essential.
  • High Voltage Certificate desirable but not essential.
  • EWP high risk license desirable but not essential.
  • WA C Class Drivers Licence highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Confined Space entry requirements and Working at Heights.
