Job Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive digital content and user experience enhancements through the development of engaging online presence.

The Digital Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's online presence, ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory, and accessibility standards.

  • Manage and update content on the CSC Public Website using Sitecore, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and optimise campaign landing pages to boost engagement and drive user actions.
  • Utilise Sitecore personalisation, A/B testing, and marketing automation to enhance targeted campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Track and report campaign and website performance using Sitecore and analytics tools.
  • Project manage digital initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Lead agile sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital policies and processes to ensure website content is accurate and compliant.
Key Requirements
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, particularly Sitecore (also Adobe AEM, Optimizely, Kentico, Drupal, or similar DXPs).
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and UX principles.
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Jira, Miro, Figma, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects and deliver high-quality content in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with agile ways of working, sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to drive digital innovation across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
