Women's Health Specialist

La Trobe University Medical Centre seeks an experienced Women's Health Specialist to deliver high-quality healthcare services to female patients in a fast-paced university campus setting.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive women's health services, including sexual health and mental health advice and support
- Collaborate with onsite registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Support the clinic's operational goals and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Must hold vocational registration or non-VR registration with external supervision
- Proven experience in women's healthcare, with a background in sexual health and/or mental health preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
