FICC Trading Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our FICC Trading Technology initiatives in Asia. As Vice President, Delivery/Development Lead, you will be responsible for delivering business requirements and global initiatives effectively.
Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between Front Office Trading Desks, Technology Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of system flows, business processes, and trading operations, with the ability to bridge business and technology effectively.
Requirements- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key issues.
