The role of a Nurse Educator is to empower healthcare professionals nationwide, making a real impact on patient care.

About the Role

This experienced Nurse Educator will support our haematology program by delivering education and training to healthcare professionals across primary and specialty care settings. The individual will use their specialist nursing expertise to provide up-to-date clinical information on haematology management and treatment pathways, building strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging education and training programs to healthcare professionals in various settings
  • Provide accurate clinical information on haematology management and treatment pathways
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice implementation
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource and advisor, supporting program objectives and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of educational content
  • Evaluate and align all training with program guidelines, policies, and compliance standards
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management (haematology)
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in digital platforms for education delivery and reporting
  • Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel may be required)
