Healthcare Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to facilitate the exchange of health information between medical practitioners and our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely actioning.
- Coordinate appointments with General Practitioners & specialists, as required.
- Document accurate case notes in our electronic platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships between clients and our team.
- Perform administrative duties as needed, including data entry.
- Enrolled nurse with experience working in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient keyboard skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
