Multiskilled Care Professional

The Multiskilled Care Professional will provide high-quality care to residents in a residential setting.
This role requires providing personal care, supporting independence, and administering medication safely. The ideal candidate will also maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be able to relate to elderly customers with empathy, and have the ability to work collaboratively with health professionals.
Requirements:- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Experience working in an aged care setting as a caregiver
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with health professionals
