About Our Role

We are seeking an accomplished Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee the daily housekeeping functions, lead a team of professionals and guarantee our facilities meet impeccable cleanliness standards.

This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Daily Housekeeping Operations: Oversee daily housekeeping activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to guarantee compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner.
About You

You will possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Education: A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety standards.
