GENERAL DUTIES:Oversee, guide, and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
Being hands-on whenever needed.Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.Part-time positions are available and will have to work on weekends if needed.ABOUT USWith over a decade of expertise in housekeeping and commercial cleaning, Ozone Services Group proudly serves hundreds of clients across Australia.

ABOUT YOUAs someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent service.
