Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team at Linfox Pty Ltd. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for the administration, processing, and maintenance of our weekly award payroll for all Linfox Group wholly owned Australian entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process allocated weekly national payroll, annual leave forms, and reconciliation of leave entitlements
  • Process new starters and terminations, and maintain all payroll records
  • Assist with payroll queries and month-end duties
  • Prepare and distribute weekly payroll costing reports to site managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll, ideally in a large and multifaceted environment
  • In-depth knowledge of associated industry legislations, awards, and best practices
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high volumes of information and requests from various business areas and stakeholders
  • Experience working with SAP, Kronos, and other enterprise-level payroll systems
