Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler or someone with prior glazing experience to manage the effective deployment of work throughout the Brisbane region daily.
This critical role sits within the Brisbane team and liaises directly with customers and tradespeople.
Main Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordinating Jobs: Optimise efficiency for the tradespeople by scheduling and coordinating jobs.
- Job Requirements Assessment: Accurately assess job requirements to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to provide timely updates and enhance satisfaction.
- Logistical Challenges Resolution: Resolve logistical challenges and emergency requests in a professional manner.
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior scheduling or glazing experience.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
