The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Administrator to join our team. As a Scheduling Administrator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and allocating client services, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and allocate client services to meet the needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain accurate schedules and rosters to ensure efficient service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Proven experience in scheduling and rostering, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficient in the use of technology, including scheduling software and other business systems
