We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead flooring projects from inception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage flooring projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, contractors, and suppliers to drive project success
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for future collaborations and providing exceptional service
  • Support the sales team by offering valuable insights and contributing to tender submissions
About You:
  • Prior experience in project management, preferably in flooring, fit-out, construction, or interiors
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships
  • A commercially focused approach, with a natural talent for driving business growth and spotting new opportunities
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project specifications, with a keen eye for detail
  • A results-driven and proactive individual, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Flooring industry experience is highly desirable, but related sectors will be considered
