Project Manager Role Summary

Job Description

  • Manage flooring projects from tender through to installation and handover
  • Liaise with architects, builders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to maintain transparency and accountability
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for future projects and collaborations
  • Support the sales team by providing project insights and contributing to tender submissions
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
