Procurement Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement specialist to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement Team. This role involves working closely with colleagues to ensure effective procurement practices and implementing solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have experience in global sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier engagement. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.

This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The team fosters a vibrant and inclusive culture where professionals can collaborate and create new solutions.

  • Analyze and resolve issues related to procurement activities, including vendor risks and compliance issues.
  • Work with colleagues and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement in procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and implement best practices to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in global sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
