We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a People and Culture Graduate.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS. You will also contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities, clearly communicate training information to staff, and liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing, and feedback.
You will provide support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters and provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets, and leave requests. Additionally, you will provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication.
Requirements- A passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Preferred previous experience in an Administration role
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up and learn new software systems quickly
- A drive to learn across all areas of People and Culture
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
