Role Overview:

We are seeking an Early Learning Educator to join our dynamic early learning program for children aged 3-5 years. This role requires a highly motivated and dedicated educator who can promote the foundations of a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote German language learning opportunities through an immersive and intentional language program within the daily curriculum of the Centre.
  • Work alongside an extraordinary team of Early Childhood Teachers and Educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
  • Engage with children aged 3-5 years to support discovery and language learning.
Essential Requirements:
  • ACECQA recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care.
  • Current ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications or willingness to obtain.
  • Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtain.
  • Fluency in German and strong understanding of German culture.
  • Availability to work between 7.00am - 6.00pm; shifts on the ELC roster typically 7.20am to 6.10pm.
  • Understanding of current early education and care legislation and regulations including the EYLF and NQF.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Demonstrated strengths-based approach in working with children and their families.
  • Sound ICT skills.
