Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team at an early learning centre.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for young children, while collaborating with a supportive team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check.

Our Centre:

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).
