
Administrative Coordinator for Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team.
About the role:
The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance to site management and Principal's Representatives in the correct protocols and procedures for initiating and undertaking contract works. They will confirm that all Contract processes are undertaken in accordance with the authorised company contract system, policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to site management and Principal's Representatives in contract matters;
- Confirm that all Contract processes are undertaken in accordance with the authorised company contract system, policies and procedures;
- Manage the tender process including liaising with key stakeholders, responding to tenderer enquiries and negotiating Contracts;
- Maintain an accurate and efficient system to record, store and recover all documentation associated with all contract processes;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the contract management process to identify improvements;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role you will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. You must be an excellent communicator and demonstrate high attention to detail, with strong written ability.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and hold high level computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite of applications and SAP. Strong negotiation and mediation skills are also essential. A high-level understanding of contract law and procurement processes is necessary.
