Job Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Transport Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of highway-going trucks, generators, dewatering pump units, lighting plans, mobile and classified plant equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy road transport mechanics and be able to provide diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance/service to a fleet of Trucks (Scania/Fuso), Diesel Generators, Lighting Plants, EWP's, Forklifts, and other critical equipment within the Auxiliary department.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement, adhering to high standards of execution and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Additional requirements include:

  • Australian recognised Heavy Road Transport Mechanical Qualification
  • Class C Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
  • High Risk Licences: Working at Heights, HR, CV, Dogging, Rigging, Forklift, and Air Conditioning Ticket (Desirable)
