About the Opportunity

The role of a Business Analysis and IT Operations Specialist involves working on a combination of strategic projects and initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of business processes. This includes support activities for the CIO and executive of the IT department. General areas of work may include:

  • Supporting analysis of risks and controls, and relevant action plans.
  • Supporting data collection and analysis relating to performance and management reporting.
  • Administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas, papers, meeting minutes, actions, and organising content for key management and governance committee meetings.

To be successful in this role, the individual will need advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They must also be able to structure and drive complex analysis of projects or requests autonomously, with flexibility and adaptability. The ability to simplify complex ideas in written and verbal communication, and deliver executive-level presentations, is crucial. Influence senior stakeholders effectively and have a structured, results-oriented approach.

Candidates for this role must be located in Sydney NSW and have Full Australian working rights.
